Beginning in 2026, Imagen Diagnóstica follows a quarterly publication schedule, publishing four issues per year to ensure the timely dissemination of high-quality research in diagnostic imaging and related healthcare disciplines.

The annual publication schedule is as follows:

• Issue 1: January–March
• Issue 2: April–June
• Issue 3: July–September
• Issue 4: October–December

The journal may also publish articles online ahead of issue assignment when appropriate and approved by the Editorial Office.
